About the Role

\

This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse workforce and take on a challenging role in commercial property management.

\

You will be responsible for supporting and managing a mixed portfolio of commercial assets, working under the guidance of our National Director. Your key responsibilities will include:

\
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of a commercial portfolio\
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants and clients\
  • Preparing regular reports, including financial summaries, arrears, maintenance details, and tenant issues\
  • Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiating new leasing deals\
  • Ensuring compliance with leases by all tenants and landlords
\

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration\
  • A valid Drivers Licence\
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Commercial Property Industry, preferably in Property Management or Centre Management\
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal\
  • A Property related degree (preferred but not essential)
