This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a portfolio of properties, utilising your expertise to deliver outstanding results and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities for a diverse range of properties.
  • Marketing and Inspections: Effectively advertise properties, conduct open inspections and select tenants.
  • Lease Preparation and Bond Lodgments: Prepare and submit lease agreements, as well as manage bond lodgments.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties within the portfolio.
  • Arrears and Insurance: Handle rent arrears and ensure timely insurance arrangements.
  • Tribunal Hearings: Facilitate tribunal hearings to resolve disputes.
