As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a small portfolio of residential properties. You will be based at our newly refurbished office in Glenelg, overlooking Wigley Reserve, with a dedicated and experienced team.

  • Oversee the leasing process from marketing to tenant placement
  • Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
  • Manage perspective tenant and owner communications and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Managing and negotiating lease renewals

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Property Managers licence
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Proven experience in property management is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively
