About the Role

The Finance Officer position at Omniexe provides critical support to our organisation's financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions with precision and efficiency
  • Prepare and reconcile financial accounts to maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and other team members to improve financial processes and data accuracy
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand processes to perform your role effectively

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance
  • Basic knowledge and experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Studying towards or successful completion of a tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as Commerce, Accounting, Business, or Economics
