We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Adviser to join our integrated Financial Services business. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in meeting new clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to secure their financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and engage with new clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Manage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Partner with our team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth Advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Develop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management services.
  • Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser, having completed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser register.
  • Driven, relationship-focused, and self-motivated, with a passion for meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
