Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Ignite. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the performance of all service, sales, and procurement processing and associated logistics and documentation.
  • Ensure facilities and resources are in place for operations and services.
  • Review and improve business policies and processes for operational efficiency.
  • Lead change across the company's operations.
  • Manage Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure.
  • Drive revenue growth through service and spare parts sales.
  • Ensure company and customer compliance for operations and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience of a service team, services, and service operations.
  • Strong administration and user experience in ICT systems for inventory, procurement, assets, CRM, cloud storage, Exchange/Office 365, mobile, and web clients.
  • Management experience of ICT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing ICT vendors and services.
  • Experience analyzing and reviewing business operations and managing change projects, including policies and procedures.
  • Management experience in workplace health and safety compliance and systems.
  • Management experience in workplace facilities, including refurbishment projects.
