We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in a similar senior business partnering role, preferably in a professional services environment or complex organisation.
  • Strong partnering and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience in driving change.
  • Experience leading and managing a team to support business and people strategy.
  • Familiarity with people strategy and change management.
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and wellbeing issues.
  • A flexible, proactive style and willingness to take ownership.
  • A focus on adding value, continuous improvement, and process optimisation.
  • Highly consultative approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience of coaching and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
