Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, negotiation and management of supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies.
  • Draft and execute a range of contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs and confidentiality agreements.
  • Negotiate favourable terms, pricing and service levels in collaboration with Legal and Category Managers.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions and terminations strategically and on time.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes and manage price adjustments.
  • Track and realise commercial benefits such as rebates and discounts with Finance and Category Managers.
  • Align procurement strategies with project goals through close collaboration with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Law, Business Management or a related field is preferred. Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments is also required.

Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out is essential. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills and exceptional organisational skills are all necessary.
