Job Opportunity

Sydney Darling Harbour is a world of luxury, blending French Art de Vivre and local culture.

We are looking for a team member to be immersed in exceptional privileges and bespoke rewards, including daily artisan coffee and a specially crafted Ambassador dining menu.

This role offers a distinguished learning platform to support continued growth, ensuring you flourish in a culture that celebrates excellence, sophistication, and personal ambition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Lead by example and provide efficient service for guest check-in and departure.
  • Drive ambassadors to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in Food and Beverage Front and Back of house areas.
  • Represent the Club Manager and resolve guest complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Front Desk/Club Lounge Team Leader.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
