  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to join our luxury hotel team, providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and coach Club Millesime ambassadors to achieve targets.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in Food and Beverage areas.
  • Represent the Club Manager and resolve guest complaints effectively.
  • Maintain product knowledge to advise and recommend to guests.
  • Requirements:
  • A highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Front Desk/Club Lounge Team Leader role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating rosters including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.
  • Additional Information:
