Drive Sales Success in a Luxury Hotel Environment

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts and drive new business conversion across high-yielding segments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales leader who has a passion for the luxury hotel industry and a track record of consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic sales approaches and revenue performance metrics, as well as experience leading integrated sales strategies that maximise market share and strengthen brand positioning.

A key responsibility of this role will be to build, inspire and guide a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and commercial success.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce group and/or convention business.
  • Understanding long-range forecasts and implementing tactical measures to meet budgeted revenue targets.
  • Actively pursuing opportunities and leading campaigns to secure new business, create ongoing pipelines and shift business from competitors.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Hold unrestricted full working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience leading a high-performing sales team within the international luxury hotel sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Proficient in industry-standard systems.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership in motivating and managing successful sales teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
