Job Title: Construction Manager

Overview

As a seasoned construction manager, you will lead and oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, reviewing, and revising construction plans, specifications, and contract drawings.
  • Ensuring projects meet established design, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and develop solutions.
  • Coordinating and supervising field activities.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • CPEng / RPEQ certification or eligibility to apply within 12 months of joining.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management within the mining or civil infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
