About the role:
The Customer Service Coordinator reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Operations team.
This rewarding role involves supporting a portfolio of customers throughout the pre-construction phase of building their new home to ensure a high-quality file is prepared for the construction team.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of customers from proposal acceptance to construction commencement
Set clear expectations with customers regarding the pre-construction process and timelines
Meet with customers face-to-face to present plans and conduct required meetings across Hobart and Launceston offices (travel may be required)
Establish rapport by contacting customers weekly to provide progress updates
Provide proactive solutions to facilitate the progression of files through pre-construction
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives
Address customer concerns promptly and use dispute resolution techniques when necessary
Identify mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the business
Ensure customers have a positive build journey
