We are seeking a seasoned Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil and geotechnical engineering, as well as construction management. You should have experience providing expert advice on construction methodology, planning, sequencing, site management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and revise construction documents, including specifications and contract drawings.
  • Oversee the entire construction process to guarantee projects meet established design, budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions and resolve technical issues.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise field activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and report on project progress regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • CPEng/RPEQ certification or eligibility to apply within 12 months of joining.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management within the mining or civil infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
