About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled construction engineer to oversee projects from conception to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and geotechnical engineering, construction management, and experience providing advice on construction methodology, planning, sequencing, site management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing, reviewing, and revising construction documents, including specifications and contract drawings.
  2. Overseeing the entire construction process to ensure projects meet established design, schedule, and quality parameters.
  3. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions and resolve technical issues.
  4. Planning, coordinating, and supervising field activities.
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  6. Monitoring and regularly reporting on project progress.

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • CPEng / RPEQ certification or eligibility to apply within 12 months of joining.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management within the mining or civil infrastructure sectors.
