Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Monash Health. Your expertise in administration, communication, and problem-solving will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address administrative challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in administration, including patient records management, scheduling, and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
