
Inventory Coordinator

As a key member of our Parts team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely supply of quality parts to our valued customers.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, receiving and dispatching parts and equipment safely and accurately, loading and unloading freight safely and accurately, conducting regular quality control checks and inventory audits, and providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
To be successful in this position, you will need proven experience in a similar warehouse or stores environment, a current forklift licence, strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices, well-developed computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems, excellent organisational and time-management abilities, and a strong customer focus and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and packing of parts orders efficiently
- Receiving and dispatching parts and equipment safely and accurately
- Loading and unloading freight safely and accurately
- Conducting regular quality control checks and inventory audits
- Providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers
- Maintaining accurate computer records and managing stock levels
- Liaising with freight providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Proven experience in a similar warehouse or stores environment
- A current forklift licence
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
- Well-developed computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- A strong customer focus and ability to work both autonomously and in a team
