Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Australia.

  • This role involves developing and implementing a robust maintenance strategy (preventive & predictive), responding quickly to equipment failures and faults, ensuring plant reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating external services for inspections, repairs, and project work, managing inventory and supplies to optimize maintenance costs.
  • The ideal candidate will have an electrical or electro-mechanical background, trained in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, with experience in permits to work, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing a robust maintenance strategy
  2. Responding quickly to equipment failures and faults

  6. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Highly skilled engineer with an electrical or electro-mechanical background
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with plumbing, compressed air, or industrial ovens
  • Proactive mindset with strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Safety-conscious with IOSH/NEBOSH training (or willingness to complete it)
