Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic financial guidance and support to the business.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including cashflow projections, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate end-to-end Accounts Payable and group payroll processes.
  • Implement inventory management systems and cost control strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze variances in Cost of Goods Sold and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure seamless integration between POS and inventory systems.
About You:
  • Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or other inventory-based environments is highly valued.
  • A degree in Accounting (CPA or CA certification is beneficial).
  • Group entity experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Xero is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Showcase ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Evidence of a curious and proactive mindset, with a willingness to understand operational aspects of the business.
