About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Associate Manager to join our Melbourne Workplace Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality to our clients, while also managing building facility operations and identifying customer workplace needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the delivery of on-going learning and development of the local Workplace Services Team of professionals.
  • Manage building facility operations, including hard services, preventative and reactive facility maintenance plans, and office soft services such as janitorial cleaning and snack programs.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure that all accounting, sourcing, and procurement rules are adhered to, including managing annual budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Assist in the implementation of health and safety management programs, emergency response plans, and health and safety local leads.
  • Support the Workplace Services Events and Guest Services Team in conjunction with Senior Leadership, Marketing, and HR to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of all internal business events.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in facilities and office management, with a keen understanding of corporate culture building and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and strategy skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Event coordination and experience is desirable.
  • Experience in facilitating office relocations and decommissioning existing sites is also desirable.
