We are looking for a passionate and values-driven clinician with a strong passion for being strength based and trauma informed.

Our ideal candidate will have experience conducting trauma and developmentally informed clinical work with children and young people. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, with a post-graduate degree preferred.

The Senior Clinician – Therapeutic Foster Care role involves carrying a caseload of clients who are at various stages of the episode of care, from assessment to closure. You will conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans with clear goals that are reviewed regularly.

This is a part-time permanent role based at our Shepparton Office, located on the beautiful Goulburn river. The region offers a variety of lifestyles, with urban centres and country towns all within a half hour drive of the CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry a caseload of clients and provide therapeutic support
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Work cooperatively with other professionals and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience conducting trauma and developmentally informed clinical work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
