We are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team in regional Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work in diverse patient settings and develop your skills across healthcare disciplines.
About the Role
- This is a permanent or fixed-term contract (6 months +) for Occupational Therapists of various grades.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary focus will be on providing services to in-patients across acute or sub-acute wards, including specialist assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Work with clients, carers, and families to promote independence and safety at home.
- Develop goals and care plans to support clients in remaining active in their community.
- Complete equipment prescriptions, home modifications, and advise on pressure care management/seating.
- Develop in-home and community-based therapy programs.
- Work with diverse clients and health conditions.
- Participate in student training programs.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Grade 1 Community OT
This role involves working autonomously in home-based settings, focusing on client independence and well-being.
Grade 2 Hospital OT
You will provide clinical expertise to complex cases, support staff supervision, and lead quality initiatives within the RAHT service model.

Relocation & Accommodation Support
- Relocation: up to $2,500 intrastate, $5,000 interstate, $8,000 overseas.
- Accommodation: up to $350/week for 10 weeks or interim accommodation.
