Reablement Therapist

We're seeking a skilled Reablement Therapist to join our team. As a valued member, you'll play a vital role in enriching lives through compassionate and evidence-based care.

This is a unique opportunity to work across various clinical areas, including mobility and functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.

• Mobility and functional assessments help residents regain independence.
