We are seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, FL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a personal lines insurance book of business and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of personal insurance clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records and data within the Applied Epic agency management system
  • Foster strong relationships with agents, leadership, and colleagues to drive business success
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management
  • Active Florida 4- (Customer Representative License), 2- (Property and Casualty License), or - (Personal Lines Agent) license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet productivity standards
