About Our Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the development of technical capabilities within our Recoveries and Settlements team.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviours to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include defining and articulating technical capabilities, developing and implementing strategies, making informed decisions about prioritisation, and monitoring progress.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to champion a culture of continuous improvement, build relationships with stakeholders, and communicate effectively.

They will also be responsible for identifying and assessing capability needs, developing and delivering technical capability development programs, managing resources, and monitoring performance.
