Senior Capability Development Manager

The Opportunity

This is a challenging role for an experienced and innovative professional to lead a team of talented Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professionals and technical publication specialists in various projects across the country.

As part of this role, you will join the Product Support, Training and Maintenance team and focus on fostering a positive culture and supporting the growth of your team members and their development. This role requires connecting with others to understand business needs and managing teams to meet multiple project requirements in a matrix organization environment.

About the Role:

- Contribute to the open, inclusive and innovative team culture

- Establish strong development and knowledge sharing frameworks encouraging team growth

- Engage actively with your team and support them on their career journey identifying progression and development opportunities

- Connect with others to understand business needs and manage your team to meet multiple project requirements

- Contribute to the business growth strategy and roadmaps

- Participate and contribute to the Integrated Support Services (ISS) Leadership Team within PST&M
