We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale channel growth strategy. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with a strong understanding of international wholesale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Business Development:
    • Develop and implement a global wholesale strategy across new and existing markets
    • Build and manage a strategic target list to drive new business opportunities
    • Identify and pursue new stockists, showrooms, and distribution channels
    • Lead forecasting and budget planning with a focus on exceeding revenue targets
  • Account Management & Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, boutiques, and department stores
    • Present seasonal collections to buyers with clarity and confidence
    • Nurture long-term partnerships while actively seeking new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with key accounts to optimise sell-through and in-store performance
  • Operations & Order Management:
    • Raise, process, and track wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales reports, and wholesale documentation
    • Manage backend systems including Shopify and B2B sales platforms
    • Ensure seamless coordination across departments during sales and delivery periods
  • Trade Shows & Representation:
    • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and showroom appointments
    • Travel interstate and internationally to meet with clients and grow brand presence
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in wholesale sales, ideally within fashion or lifestyle goods
    • Proven ability to open new accounts and drive growth in global markets
    • Commercially driven with strong business acumen
    • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
    • Highly organised and adaptable with strong attention to detail
    • Experience using Shopify and B2B sales platforms is a plus
    • Comfortable with regular travel, both interstate and international
