Business Growth Strategist

Job Description:

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to the Sales Team in relation to order management, inventory and product life cycle planning.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop seasonal forecasting plans in relation to sales and customer information.
  2. Define key account plans by channel including merchandise, sales and margin targets.
  3. Create informed plans by channel against key customers, categories and gender.
  4. Establish monthly sales and inventory plan review by channel against business financial metrics.
  5. Identify opportunities and risks against wholesale order management and key account plans.
  6. Support monthly channel/key account reviews to develop actionable recommendations.
  7. Drive long-term plans based on key account growth and market insights.

Requirements:
  1. University degree in business or equivalent with focus on sales, marketing and retail.
  2. 3-5 years experience in a comparable role preferably in the sport or fashion industry.
  3. Strong communication skills and relationship management.
  4. Results-driven professional.
  5. Profound negotiation skills.
  6. Strong business acumen and strategic planning.
