Mission

The mission of this role is to create SEO strategies that elevate client search visibility while setting clear expectations. You will work with leading ecommerce brands to bolster the growth and development of their digital channels.

We're looking for a logical and analytical thinker with strong initiative and a desire to learn. As a key player in the SEO team, you will be driven to deliver above expectations.

You'll report to the SEO Department Director and work closely with members of the broader Digital Agency team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage and take ownership of a portfolio of clients.
  • Plan, organise and develop all client deliverables and communications.
  • Conduct and deliver high-standard client meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct and create high-standard client training as required.
  • Educate clients on SEO best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyse and propose solutions to client SEO issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 4+ years' experience working on SEO projects. Applicants must be permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar discipline is also required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with first-class ability to prioritise and manage own workload. Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, is also necessary.
