Job Title: Buildings and Places Growth Strategist
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and capture new business opportunities across the world. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead consultative sales processes to win major pursuits, contributing strategy, business development best practices, and sales leadership to drive integrated growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand firm-wide capabilities and bring regional and global expertise to pursue high-value opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to close new business, drive sales processes, prepare and facilitate presentations, RFQs, RFPs, and complex proposal responses.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Buildings and Places Growth Plan, working with Global and Business Line Leaders to define growth targets, prioritize pursuits, and win high-value opportunities.
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of sales production, specifically winning major enterprise-level pursuits. The ideal candidate will have experience demonstrating sales production metrics, skills in business development strategy, team leadership, client discovery, and development of compelling value propositions that meet clients' needs.
