Job Title: Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 Palliative Care

The Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinical nurse consultant to lead our Supportive & Palliative Care team in a community-focused hospital setting.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and consultancy in palliative and supportive care.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Provide education, mentorship and clinical support to multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required.
  • A minimum of five years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least three years experience in a speciality field in either Palliative Care, Cancer Care, Advanced or Aged Care Nursing, is also required.
