You will be responsible for case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes, working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention programs, and completing various assessments using your clinical skills.

Salary Information:

">

The estimated salary for this position is AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Case Management: Manage caseloads effectively, with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.">
  • Apply Clinical Knowledge: Improve return-to-work outcomes by utilizing clinical expertise.">
  • Injury Prevention Programs: Work with employers and employees to develop and implement workplace education programs.">
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals.">
  • Assessments: Complete Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.">

Qualifications and Skills:

">
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy.">
  • Registration/Accreditation: Be registered with AHPRA or accredited with ESSA.">
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills to build relationships and interact effectively with stakeholders.">
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills, capable of working autonomously and within a team environment.">
  • Problem-Solving: Showcase a desire to problem-solve, use initiative, and achieve results.">
  • Passion: Display a passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits.">
  • Drive and Energy: Exude energy and drive to grow our services.">
  • Driver Licence: Hold a current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.">
