Salary: $130k + Super
We are seeking experienced and professional High-Risk Work Trainers and Assessors to join our team. As a leading trainer in specialized lifting operations, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training & assessment services, ensuring content and delivery meets ASQA/RTO standards and other applicable regulations.
Job Description:
- Deliver training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content and delivery meets ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
Requirements:
- Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
- Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
- Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
- You will need to be an Australian Resident
- Must hold valid Australian Drivers Licence
