We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at IPAR, a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation services in Australia.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to support individuals returning to work after sustaining an injury or illness.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client needs and develop strategies for safe return to pre-injury activities
- Perform assessments, including initial assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and vocational assessments
- Build rapport with key stakeholders throughout the process, including clients, employers, and insurers
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
- Current drivers' license and access to a vehicle

Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including fitness passport discounts, health and wellness programs, and employee referral incentives.
