Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business development and asset finance transactions. You will work closely with accredited broker intermediaries to develop strong productive relationships and deliver sustained profitable growth for the Bank.

The core purpose of this role is to help deliver new business opportunities suitable for funding by the Bank. You will be expected to adopt a nationally consistent approach to broker relationship management, engagement, and sales management to position the Bank as a leading provider of business lending products and solutions sourced through the intermediary channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong productive relationships with a portfolio of accredited broker intermediaries
  • Delivering outcomes consistent with agreed performance plans and metrics
  • Managing the business in a manner consistent with the Bank's standards and values
  • Establishing and maintaining Service delivery to agreed standards
  • Conducting business activities within agreed and defined compliance and operating standards
