Key to our success is the ability to drive business growth in Asia Pacific with a focus on the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will lead origination and execution of mandates for advising and arranging tailored finance transactions for clients. This includes introducing internal departments to clients or transactions, maintaining and building relationships with target clients, originating advisory and lead arranging roles in infrastructure and digital assets sectors, overseeing mandate execution, coordinating team efforts, managing cross-border transactions, leading client pitches, and monitoring transaction terms and conditions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or business studies, or a professional financial qualification.
  • At least 10 years of structured finance experience, with a significant portion in Australia and infrastructure/digital assets sectors.
  • Solid project finance transaction experience, particularly in infrastructure and digital assets; advisory experience is considered favorably.
  • Established network of industry contacts in infrastructure and digital assets sectors.
  • Capacity to generate compelling pitch material addressing clients' needs.
  • Pro-active, results-driven, client-focused individual with strong ethics, risk awareness, and communication skills.
