Finance Transaction Evaluator

The team is responsible for evaluating highly complex structured finance transactions, including new asset classes and issuers.
You will lead the assessment of these transactions by leveraging your deep understanding of securitisation markets, credit analysis, and transaction structuring across various asset classes.
Additionally, you will provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the team throughout the execution of new transactions and ongoing surveillance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation of highly complex new transactions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the team.
- Manage the team's workflow to ensure all structured finance transactions are reviewed on a continuous 12-month schedule.
- Prepare high-quality analytical documentation and present findings in committee meetings.
- Communicate effectively with external transaction parties.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of securitisation markets.
- Minimum 7+ years' structured finance experience.
- Demonstrated experience in credit analysis, proposal memo preparation, structuring advice, legal review, cash flow modelling, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
