Are you a transaction execution professional seeking a challenging role in fund finance?

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Support the management of transactions and commercial risk across Asia Pacific.
  • Develop and negotiate legal documentation, including facility agreements and security documents.
  • Collaborate with team leads to structure and draft term sheets and mandate/engagement documentation.
  • Negotiate loan documentation, review and drive/support negotiation from a commercial perspective, working with external counsel.
  • Coordinate and support deal teams to achieve timely resolution of negotiations, presentation, and execution of transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-qualification experience of at least 3 years, with 2 years of loan transactions experience within structured finance.
  • Fund finance experience is preferred.
  • An undergraduate law degree from a reputable university is essential.
  • Australian or UK qualified mid-senior lawyer is preferred, but other jurisdictions may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly financial modeling skills.
