The Role


We're seeking an experienced Retail Business Leader (also known as Store Manager) to lead our Gunghalin store. As a commercially astute and forward-thinking innovator, you'll drive growth through strategic planning, identifying new opportunities to boost sales, optimize costs, and expand our presence in the local community.



Your Responsibilities



  • Translate national strategy into local store initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement a clear business plan to drive growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Analyze financial data to inform operational decisions and drive success.
