Retail Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is always exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
As a Store Manager, you will take pride in contributing to a store that consistently delivers excellent customer service and meets or exceeds sales targets. You will lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service and a commitment to driving sales growth through effective stock management, visual merchandising and staff development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
About You and Your Skills- You have experience with payroll, award interpretation and general cash office duties.
- You are able to provide administrative support to the store, including managing budgets, forecasting sales and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
- You have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, and are committed to ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and are committed to continually improving processes to meet audit and compliance standards.
