About the Role

As a Fashion Retail Store Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading and developing the store team to achieve sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock availability.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
