Senior Project Estimator

As a senior project estimator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely project estimates that meet the company's quality standards. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing project data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior management.

  • Developing and implementing effective estimating processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets are accurately defined and met.
  • Conducting site visits and meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers to discuss project details and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed project reports, including financial summaries, progress updates, and risk assessments.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
