The role of a People and Culture Consultant involves executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately. As part of the organizational development team, you will deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice and support to stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately.
- Developing and implementing effective solutions that enhance the employee experience and strengthen our organizational culture.
- Recent graduate with a degree in human resources or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work.
