Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sustainability and improving environmental performance within organizations.

You will work closely with clients to navigate complex change, from strategy through to implementation. Your expertise will help clients transition to low-impact operating models, focusing on people-centered strategic change.

This position involves developing and delivering change strategies, managing core change activities such as stakeholder analysis and engagement, organizational readiness, communications, and training. You will also identify communication needs and execute against them, working with cross-functional teams to execute change and communications strategies and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in organizational change and internal communications
  • Track record of successful delivery of stakeholder engagement and marketing activities
