About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our small HR team as the second in command. This role requires prior experience with case management and supporting leaders with staff performance, grievances, and investigations.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively in a team, be flexible in their approach, and possess sound judgement, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end case management of employee relations matters such as misconduct, underperformance, grievances, and external claims
  • Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures, improving HR operations, and supporting HR projects
  • Supporting the ongoing progression of the HR function
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in HR, Business (HR) or Psychology
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments and the capacity to ensure compliance in work practices
  • Experience working with multiple awards/EAs in a previous role
  • Ability to foster and develop effective internal relationships
  • Commitment to social justice and equity principles and values-driven approach
