Reporting to the Cluster Manager, this pivotal role demands close collaboration with retail store teams to drive sales opportunities and maintain brand consistency.

Key responsibilities include planning floor moves with relevant store/department managers to maximise sale opportunities while upholding brand standards. Moreover, it is essential to balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.

  • Deliver exceptional results through effective collaboration and autonomous work
  • Utilise analytical skills to inform business-driven decisions
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including Myer and David Jones personnel
  • Foster a culture of excellence by providing training and development support to store teams

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a comparable visual merchandiser role, encompassing both in-store and apparel-based divisions
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Aptitude for analysing business performance and driving informed decision-making
