This is a role that involves executing visual merchandising in line with brand standards and creative direction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning floor moves in conjunction with relevant store/department manager to maximise sale opportunities while maintaining brand standards.

  • Execute visual merchandising strategies across multiple retail stores, ensuring consistency with the brand's image and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with Cluster Manager and retail store teams to align visual displays with business objectives.
  • Ensure all visual displays are visually appealing, engaging, and effectively communicate product offerings and brand messages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Myer and David Jones, to promote Country Road's VM standards and provide training as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visual displays and implement changes that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable Visual Merchandiser role or related field.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to analyse data to inform visual display decisions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
  • Hold a current driver's license and be willing to travel between stores as required.
