Visual Merchandising Expert

We are seeking ambitious and fashion-conscious individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional visual merchandising experiences.

The Role

  • Plan and execute floor moves in conjunction with store/department managers to optimize sales opportunities while maintaining brand standards.
  • Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.
  • Support store teams with training and development needs related to visual merchandising.
  • Build relationships with key personnel, providing training on VM and standards as needed.
  • Style mannequins and displays to meet VM direction and ensure a focus on merchandising for profit.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in a comparable VM role, preferably in-store and apparel-based divisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills to drive business results and take appropriate action.
  • Relationship-building skills with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in the retail industry with an acute sense of personal style and presentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to travel between stores as required.
