Visual Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and meet brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in visual merchandising, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement visual merchandising displays that maximize sales opportunities and maintain brand standards.
  • Ensure that commercial and visual needs are balanced when implementing merchandising or displays.
  • Provide support to store teams through training and development in visual merchandising.
  • Build relationships with key personnel in retail stores and provide training on VM and brand standards.
  • Stylist mannequins in windows and focal areas, ensuring they align with VM direction at all times.
  • Maintain a focus on merchandising for profit, demonstrating the ability to analyze business results and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze business results and take appropriate action.
  • Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation.
  • A current driver's license and ability to travel between stores as required.
