Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our visual merchandising team. As a Visual Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging store displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with the sales team to create visually appealing displays that meet customer expectations.

To achieve this, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team of visual merchandising professionals. You should also have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with business objectives
  • Create visually appealing displays that meet customer expectations
  • Lead and manage a team of visual merchandising professionals
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Higher education qualifications in visual merchandising or design
  • Solid background in working as a visual merchandiser
  • Technical strengths in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Revit
  • Motivational leadership skills to engage people fully to reach set goals and generate growth and long-term profitability
  • Able to prioritise and organise work and the work of others to make the most efficient use of time
  • Experience of working in a fast retail and customer-focused environment
